Not sure if this should really be a tourist trap warning but see my things to do tip (Cenotaphs from river) regarding this place. As far as I could see, there is a path that goes round some woods and that's about it (I think!). All this for Rs200 for foreigners which is a bit of a rip off, IMHO, and hence I didn't see any foreigners in the area I was in to take my photo's of the cenotaphs).
