Crowds at Ajanta

For some reason I found that the crowds at the Ajanta caves to be more crowded than those at Ellora. This is probably because of the abundance of bus tours as compared to Ellora. I in fact took such a bus tour where as I traveled to Ellora on my own like most tourist. The crowds make it all the more difficult to walk around the complex. This is because many of the passage ways are rather narrow.

Unique Suggestions: Bare with it! It is worth it.

The little Taj Mahal

This curious building in Aurangabad was built as a small copy of the Taj Mahal. If you haven’t seen the “original”, it might seem interesting to visit it, but if you compare, it really seems a bad poor copy.
Anyway, it’s got nice gardens around and it can be a nice way to spend the afternoon.
