Visit Prithvi Theatre In Juhu. This is the nesting ground for India's Future Performing Arts Talents. They have plays and festivals throughout the year and their Cafe serves some very delicious treats.
Started by India's First Family of Movies and Theatre (the Kapoor Clan) it has remained an avant-grade bastion for theatre in a Cinemascope Crazy Country.
Chor Bazaar is basically a humongous flea market. the name literally means 'market of the thiefs'. It derived it's name during the period of hippie-influx. Petty thiefs would steal belongings from the hippies and sell them here. Thats all changed now.. The vendors now buy their wares from people who need money..mainly the remaining drug-starved hippies.
