I asked whts hottest place to shop,aha all said "Crossroad"shopping mall,
thats its South Mumbai,so need of going out of way.Yah from cloths to jewels too all shpos at one place.
The entrance can see left side McDonald's Restaurent.But i dint eat anything there,next there was one Reastaurant "Subway",funny name,nah,at Cross road you will behaving Subway only ;))).they give lunch package.I had lunch from there.It was nice food,you can take the food,can sit in the open hall,
can watch TV at big screen :).It was week day,still the place was packed .
Tell you onething i,dint buy anything there,but just had window shopping.
I find price are high comparing to Delhi,the same thing here its less,so No buying there.

If what your looking for is ethnic Indian stuff, The Bombay Store is the only place to go. It has everything from Rugs to Leather Goods, all made in India at very reasonable prices.
I've always liked the wood statues and ornaments, they even carry ethnic Indian clothing is your heart so desires.
This is a Govt. / co-operative owned store and by buying here you are encouraging and empowering cottage industry in India.

this is one of many enclosed markets that have little aisles jam packed with clothes and handicrafts. Be prepared to haggle...you can get beautiful lenghas, salwars (ready made and stiched to order). I liked it cause it was across the street from my family's apartment building!
