    Going to a zoo

by Kaarina Written Jan 31, 2012

Almost outside of Chennai there is a big zoo. (Don't ask which direction... Rather near to the airport was it, I think.) It is good place for a whole day trip. The walking paths in the zoo are rather long.

In that zoo you can see for example lions (also a small lionsafari), elephants, snakes (We didn't go to see), kangaroos (We didn't see it among the bushes.) and so on...

There is also an other zoo, which is called a snakepark (or something like that).

When you take a taxi to the bogger zoo I would advice to take a real taxi instead of a riksha, because it is rather a long way from the center of Chennai.
