This place is upstairs in the Meher cinema complex. It's a very fancy place.
The prices are a bit higher than budget restaurants but the service is good and there is some luxury.
I had a thali over there. They ask you if you want it spicy, medium spicy or not spicy.
They are specialised in South indian food.

This restaurant has shady rooftop dining and an A/C dining room downstairs. The food is good, the prices seemed reasonable for what you get, and the service is low-key and pleasant. Some of the dining tables on the roof are low oriental style, with cushions. It’s a stretch to say the view of the Taj Mahal qualifies as a view, since even after climbing two additional flights you still only get the view in the second photo, but it’s a nice place to end the day.
We didn’t stay at the hotel, but there are rooms. I saw one of them, it was cozy and colorful, although a bit run down. The business card lists laundry, Internet, ticketing, and transportation services, and something called a “Dream House Dormitory.”

Agra’s cuisine is largely Persian influenced and can be rich with its curd-based and cream sauces. The city is apparently well known for sweets treats such as ‘Gazak’ and
Petha'. There is also a popular saltish snack called Dalmoth.

There is informal dining with the poolside brasserie and bar. There is also a restaurant which offers a very generous buffet with a choice of both Indian and Continental cuisines. The breakfast buffet is very good, plenty of choices with both Western and Indian dishes, fresh fruit and cereals.

When in Rome - do it as the Romans do!
So stick to the local stuff! On my daily search for the best Indian beer, I found this funny-named KARMA beer. So you drink it AND do something good for your Karma at the same time, or what ?!?

Indian food is very tasty but very spicy and my family and I are not use to it. At restaurants I asked them is it spicy? they would say "only a little bit" that means I will feel smoke coming out of my ears. We decided to eat here at Pizza Hut and the restaurant looked clean. I saw many restaurants in Agra but they did not look clean. In addition to this, I went to Agra for just one day and I did not want to spend to much time looking for a restaurant so we landed in Pizza Hut.
Favorite Dish: Vegetarian Pizza was good and the rest of the Pizzas were really good.

This is a great McDonalds for the kids. It is 150 kilometers from Delhi and 50 Kilometers still to go to Agra. Look around McDonalds because you will see most of these same people at the Taj and some of these same people when you stop here on the return trip to Delhi.
The little train ride for the kids next to McDonalds is worth the 10 rupees.
Favorite Dish: McChicken, because the Maharaja Burger is too spicy for me.
