I noticed this building near where I was staying on Station Rd with a sign saying "Saki Bar" so I went in to investigate as the word Bar sprang out at me. And indeed, it was a bar, complete with a bar counter with a row of scotch, gin and vodka bottles, tables and chairs and a quieter area to the right with a few more tables and chairs. This was the first bar I'd seen since being in India - 29 days. I ordered a large 650ml bottle of Kingfisher for just Rs60 from the menu that also listed about 20 different types of Scotches, as well as rum's, gins, beers and vodkas.
