Favorite thing: Do some shopping of chikan stuff, soon I will be putting a pic of my beautiful chikan outfit.
Defintely eat "chat" at Kapoors, Tundai kabab and paratha and donot miss the royal "Pan".
There are many monuments in Lucknow, some on the outskirts too, all hold a story behind them, so try visiting them and knowing their importance. It's a small city, you can cover it in maximum 3 days so donot leave any monument unseen, all have different architecture and beauty.
If you love classical dance, so you can see a show of "Kathak",there's always one show or the other going on in different theatres, the last king of Awadh(Lucknow popularly known as) was a great Kathak Dancer.
