What to buy: Everyone sells these brown little dessert things here but the best store to get yours, after trying from a few places, would be Brijvyasi. There are a lot of Brijvyasi's too, so go to the original and most popular one, the big signed store opposite International Guest House/Janmsthan. They do add a plenty of cardamom though.
