The trek itself is quite ok. It's possible to do in how many days you wanna, usually people do in 5 / 6 days, others like soo much and stay around 40 days in the villages!!!
During the trek the highlights are Sandakphu and Phalut villages, i liked Sandakphu most, but Phalut is the closer you'll get from Everest. The many options of trekkers hut and food during the way allows you to make a lightweight backpack, and the advantages are amazing, of course. Take your time and do the trek with your own speed, don't hurry and don't worry, the place is magical and you'll see and feel by yourself, i can easiy say it was one of my favourite part of India, but the thing is, i love mountains !!!!!!!!!!
