It is really interesting how people in India can manage they sleep. They are sleeping everywhere and anytime- in railways stations, on the streets, in the parks etc.
While we were in the park with roses, almost under each bush and on each bench someone was sleeping :)

A pretty funny kind of place really. Chandigarh is a city with 3 administrative complexes in one. It is the capital city of the Punjab state (of 22 million people with the main language being Punjabi) and also of Haryana (of 18 million people with the main langauge being Hindi). Added to this is the fact that the area of Chandigarh is itself a 'Union Territory'.
This means that there are 3 parliaments, department of roads, etc..... I also noticed that the street signs in the place were written in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu to cater for almost everyone!!
Just an interesting aside.
