Auto rikshaw is best vehicle which is available and cheap way of transportation. Here you can also hire it or can share on seat basis. People knows good hindi even though they are gujrati but their english is not that much good so there might be problem of communication.
Unless you are on a limited budget, and or are a hardened traveller who can cope with hours to the local railway station in Veraval some 90km away then a ride on a rickity bus to Dui, the the way to get to Dui is to fly. Currently there is a daily flight from Mumbai to Dui which currently go via Porbandar in Gujarat by Jet Airways which takes around three hours
