You get internet for 10 rs and international phone calls for cheap rate just opposite to delhi railway station on pahar ganj side go straight about 1 farlong it is on the right side in a basement of a hotel........near that area food is cheap just for 6 rs you get 6 rotis anddal. Also you get fruits and juices and nuts.
