You don't hear this in Amed, that is one of the pleasant things about being away from the larger towns.
They do have this sign posted though and I am sure just like everywhere else you have to haggle to get the right price.
Unique Suggestions: My husband thinks haggling is fun. He stands and haggles with the driver for what seems like forever until they both smile and we are on our way.
Fun Alternatives: I hate it, hate it, hate it. Tell me the price you want and I will tell you if I will take it or not.
So what do I do? I walk away until they finish haggling. If I were alone I would only go with a driver from the hotel.
