Under construction is a new terminal. The domestic one is completely saturated, it is hot, not a lot of places to sit and flights tend to delay. If you have some time go outside go, but beware that traffic around the airport can be crazy.

How much to Nusa Dua Aston area?

It should cost between 90,000 Rp -100,000 Rp for a taxi/cab from the airport to Nusa dua area.....take your time to get a good deal.......walk away if the charges are way off.........some have been charged 150,000Rp or more.......since they were not warned! Atleast you wont be ripped off on landing.....

If you intend to take a taxi to any other point away from kuta, do not hail a taxi right at the junction of jalan Pantai Kuta which heads to kuta beach. The road to Kuta beach has heavy trafic most of the time and the taxi drivers sits idly while the meter keeps running even while stationary!

I asked my taxi driver why did he enter jln Pantai Kuta when he could have easily traveled along jln legian to head toward carrefour by turning left at the end of jln Legian, he replied it was the fastest way. After about 20 minutes of slow movement we reached the same junction at Jln Legian and his ruse was exposed!

Kuta beach is great but dont visit it by sitting in a taxi and traveling in a trafic jam.
