Besakih Tourist Traps

As usuall, before we went in to the temple, we got to buy the entrance ticket. It only cost us RP3000 if not mistaken. And before that, we need to buy a cloth for cover our leg, which is weird, cos my pants has already over my knee lenght, but yet they dont allow us to go in. Fine, we got the cloth, cover til almost our feet and .....again... being stop by those local people again. Now they said, you are lucky, we having some ceremony now, you need to bring a guild to bring you in. And we say we dont need it, and they just say, if we don't take the guild, we are not allow to get into the temples...

Gosh! what to do, we really wanted to get in, and we ask for the price. They are asking for USD20 for 2 person, they say this is what they normally got from the tourist. Wao! thats a lot, and we are 4 person, and we need to pay USD40... after we bargain for a bit, we agreed on RP200000, which is USD20 for 4 person.

After we paid, we get into the temple, and you know what, we still can't get into the temple itself, we still walk around the temple only which we can do it ourself. But anyway, this is the way they make money here...
