Jagatnatha-Denpasar-Bali
by Groverdean Pura Jagnatnatha, the state temple, is dedicated to the supreme god, Sanghyang Widi. Although Balinese recognise many gods, the belief in one supreme god brings Balinese Hinduism into conformity with the first principle of Pancasila- "The Belief in One God".
The temple is quite picturesque and a popular spot for the locals to pray. The shrine is made from white coral. The walls are decorated with elaborate scenes.
