Sanur beach on Sundays

by imran8852

It seems that the beach was filled with locals on this specific day. They come for a swim or a picnic so we just mingled along & enjoy ourselves too…The weather is fine & the sea was calm with crystal clear water…just jump in & have fun! Almost everything!

Flora In Bali

by imran8852

We're really amazed with the beautiful flora & Fauna in Bali. The beautiful sight of the ‘Flame Of The Forest’ along the road side really captivate our hearts because we just can’t seem to find such a beautiful sight of flowers in our own country…It’s not as red & as beautiful as the one we’ve seen in Bali! There are so many other flowers that captivated our heart too…I guess it’s just the weather that play the most important role to make the flowers bloom so much! Almost Everything...Almost Everything!

Mosques In Bali

by imran8852

There are plenty of mosques in Bali and praying won’t be a problem for the Muslims. You can do it either at the mosque nearby or in your hotel room…it’s up to you since it’s just the matter whether you want to do it, or not! There's even a place for you at Tanah Lot before the entrance! Almost Everything!

Don't Forget to re-confirm your departure

by BesarRahasia

Not A favourite, but if you are doing it on your own, don't forget to re-confirm your departure flight , 3 days before flying. Most hotels will do this for you if you ask and give them the flight details , if you are with an agent, then the agents representative should do it for you. It shouldn't be too much of a problem with some of the more larger airlines if you don't , but I have had to help quite a few people who didn't do it, and who turned up at check in only to find the seats are overbooked, and not another flight available for another 2 days!!(Giving yet another problem if your visa is also at it's limit). Can't list all the telephone numbers for the airlines here, but if you dial 108 from a landline (telephone direcory) they will give you the number for your airline office

Keeping it clean inside and out

by balisunshine

If you are one thatlikes to keep your colonsqueaky clean and can’t go without while traveling,do not fret, there iscolon therapy in Bali. There are a few places in Ubudthat offer this service, but up until now, there is only one place in the southern part of Bali. This is a great treatment to rehydrate the colon, and remove all that yucky adhering that has accumulated over the years of eating ‘bad foods’ such as,processed foods, animal proteins, fatty foods, flour, etc. It’s a great way to help avoidingchronic gastritis, hemorrhoids, chronic acne, etc. and even to avoid cancer in the colon. It’s important to consume during 3 days before, slippery elmor psylium before hand, which can be found at Dijon. The actual session can last about an hour. After this, you should take probiotics to balance out the flora in the intestine. This can be bought at the clinic or at Dijon.Through a few sessions,you’ll...

Passports and hotel check-ins

by balisunshine

Don’t get nervous when you check-into a hotel and they ask you for your passport. This is normal. It is the law for these establishments to make a photocopy of your passport and register you at the police station and in most cases, also in the local Banjar. If you don’t feel comfortable with this, then make photocopies yourself of the identity page and the page that has your visa stamp, for each hotel that you will be visiting. This is acceptable.
