Jalan Double Six: Pub Crawl

by Svitata

The night scene in Bali has been hotting up over the last couple of years with bars and clubs springing up, with the trendier ones opening up along Jalan Double Six and Dhyanapura (another parallel lane less than 1km away). You can definitely find one to suit your taste. If you are more particular about dance music and would like something more progressive and electronic, you can check out the F Lounge located at Fabio's (a fine dining Italian restaurant). It's better to go there after 11pm. Whatever you feel like as long as you're dressed!

Bounty's: The sunken ship

by redhotwax

This is probably the most popular nightclub in Bali, as locals are allowed to enter the lower part of the nightclub. The upper part, the actual ship, is for tourists only.Fun, big place with pool tables, an open air karoake bar and a big dancefloor. Good place to have a great night. Try their cocktails, they're served in fishbowls! Drinks, again, are quite cheap for European standards. During happy hour you can get two fish bowls of cocktails for the price of one (35,000 ruppiah). Anything goes.

Paddy's: Lots of tourists, big ambience!

by redhotwax

Well, ever since the original Paddy's was hit by the terrorist attacks, they quickly built a new Paddy's, also known as Paddy's 2. Big, spacious bar with lots of Aussies. Drinks are relatively expensive for Bali, but compared to Europe they're still dirt cheap. Anything goes. Some people walk around with flipflops and swimming gear.
