Nusa Dua maybe the most exclusive area of Bali and it is billed the most luxurious resort complex in Bali with a few high end resorts and a shopping mall and exclusive beaches, but there is a public beach too in this enclave that is open for the public and it is named Geger Beach. there is no entrance fees to the beach (only the entrance fees for the vehicles entering Nusa Dua) and like in kuta area, there are beach beds and shacks which you can rent for a few hours (30,000 rupiah and more). the sands are finer than in kuta and the waves are not strong and riptides not present and the beach is clearer than in Kuta. there are public life guards too. there are also people offering beach massages here but there are no touts unlike in kuta beach.
