We have to eat at Bennos every time we stay in Bali. We just love the food, views, staff and the great prices too. By the time we've finished bargaining at the nearby Art Market its great to rest our feet & wallet & have a long cold drink & a bite to eat. Just love the bright blue & yellow decor.
Favorite Dish: The whole menu has something for everyone from a quick lunch snack, to a more substantial meal.
You can also just stop for coffee & cake. Even our fussy kids find something they like on the menu.
We went into town for dinner 1 night and the town was small, 1 main road with a number of small shops, cafes, and bars. The food was 1/4 the price of the resort food so we got ourselves some t bone steaks with chips for around $1.50 each.
If you want to try something local go for the Nasi Goreng which is an Indonesian fried rice.
a restaurant for tourist. very nice location, a tall building (balinese stile). good quality of food. we went there for the first dinner and be very happy.
Favorite Dish: everything that's balinese food, they cook very well
If you're looking for some good coffee and "aussie" food you have to visit this place. It's set back from the beach in a small complex, you can't miss it. Liz has always got time to stop for a chat. Staff are very nice too.
Favorite Dish: Apart from great coffee and tea, alcoholic drinks are also available.
Scrambled eggs, bacon and toast for brekky are bloody good too!!
We also tried the Lemon Meringue Pie and gave that a thumbs up too!!
This place is right on the beach. Very relaxing with tables on the sand at night.
Waiting staff are really friendly whether you're there for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Favorite Dish: The satay is very very nice! At only about 29.000 rupiah it's good value. (that's under Aus $4.00!!
new restaurant in hotel area in sanur by the golf course. you can eat with view to the green lawn.
Favorite Dish: sop buntut, chicken teriyaki
This restaurant on Sanur's main street (JL DANAU TAMBLINGAN) is easy to find, there are always people in it.
We all ordered a rijstaffel, it was ok, but nothing special.
Favorite Dish: Make sure you try the lumpia as an entree. It's great value (3 in a serve) and only 12.900rp (A$1.85).
