One of the best ways to end the day in Lovina is at the Happy Hour at the Tropis Club Restaurant. The drinks are nice and cold and while you try to decide what yummy delight you will have for dinner you can watch the sun set. Also one night we watched 2 teams of locals play a game of volley ball on the courts over the road.Do be warned though that this place gets quite busy as the sun goes down and this means you sometimes have to wait quite a while for your meal. Also as this is Bali do remember to bring the mozzie repellant.
Favorite Dish: We enjoyed absolutely everything from this restaurant. Here are just a few dishes we had in more than one visit though! Chicken Breast in creamy white wine sauce, Spaghetti Bolognese , handmade chicken nuggets, Corn cakes and the best spring rolls. They also do great wood fired pizza's and yummy sirloin steaks with mushroom gravy

This restaurant was right across the road from our hotel Rambutan Cottages so it was easy for us to visit more than once. We liked the fact that they give you complimentary glass of water on arrival and a plate of prawn crackers. The staff were very friendly and their menu suggestions were good too. At the end we were given fresh fruit on the house as well. Our meal only came to 128000Rp which is $18.29 for four of us and that included 2 beers, 2 milkshakes, 2 juices and 2 diet cokes
Favorite Dish: Everything we ate from here was delicious my daughter absolutely loved the Spaghetti Carbonara ( yes I know it's not an Indonesian dish) she said it was the best & she must have tasted a few different ones in her time away with us. The grilled fish was fresh snapper caught that day topped with garlic butter & lemon sauce and the grilled tuna steak were both wonderful. Amy my daughter had the staff in fits of laughter when she told Gede the owner to give her compliments to the chef.
