The museum is showcase the modern Balinese fine arts. It is a private museum founded in 1954 and managed by a foundation, Yayasan Ratna Wartha.
There are five permanent collection on Balinese arts, and to be found in 3 buildings.

I especially like the Modern Balinse Arts, beautiful masterpiece.
On my visit there was an ongoing exhibitions, paintings of amazing Bali landscapes, and abstracts..
The gardens of the museum is also very nice, with ponds and fairy statues...
Museum is open from 0900 - 1700
Entrance fee is 20,000~
The museum´s collection includes:
-The Wayang Painting ( a traditional Balinese carving and painting)
-The Pita Maha (an association founded by Rudolf Bonnet togheter with Tjokoda Gde Agung, the former prince of Ubud)
-The Gusti Nyoman Leapad (a famous Balinese painter)
-The New Balinese art.
This interesting museum dedicated to the Balinese art was opened to the public in 1956, and started with a donation of paintings by Rudolf Bonnet, later other paintings were donated by artists and some other were purchased by the museum.
