there are many warung [simple resto] around bandungan. also pedestrian stalls. they offers you kind of local and ready-to-eat-soon meals [preparation and serving only takes about 10 minutes or less].
Favorite Dish: i start my bandungan exploration with a cup of tea [several friends of mine prefer hot fresh milk] and nasi goreng [fried rice]. yummy. the taste bit different compared with jakartan nasi goreng.

Fondest memory: something romantic i'd found about bandungan was ... the flower market 'versus' mountaineous range which looks so close in front of me. nice scenery of telomoyo mountaineous range. with mount slamet, merapi, the twins sindoro - sumbing and mount ungaran from a distance. so don't forget to enjoy this scenery whenever you're there :)
