You will have a dinner with local foods at the Leader's house. In their simple house, with only the dim light from "Patromak" (wahh.. I dont know the word in English).
Along that dinner, the village leader and the guide would tell you about their culture, habits, people and lands.
But the leader would talk mostly in their language : Sundanese
Favorite Dish: You will have : Rice, Sayur Asam (sour vegetable soup), Ikan Asin Goreng (fried fermented salty fish), sambal terasi (chilly souce with shrimp paste) and fresh vegetables.
eat with your fingers, no spoon no fork :D
During the night talks, they will serve you with singkong rebus or Singkong Goreng (fried/ steam Cassava) and Coffee. ow.. interesting..!

An open street vendor which selling many kind of Chinese food. From crab to prawn, from mixed veggie to fried rice. The only one resto in front of Vihara Avalokiteshvara.
Favorite Dish: Capcay [mixed veggie with champignon and mushroom. I like the champignon very much :) The biggest I ever seen and very delicious :)]. Then sweet and sour crabs and hot steamed rice.

What is the difference of kelapa [coconut] Puan and Buah [a whole coconut]. We got the answers; puan means more and more unripe than young coconut fiber, meanwhile kelapa buah is for young coconut. And the only one tent of food street vendor sells both of them :)
Favorite Dish: Kelapa Puan [me] and Kelapa Buah [Eka]. Both of them we're enjoy so much!

We just arrange a simple one-day trip. Start from my place to direction of Banten. So, I and Eka quickly make a packing after midnite, buy roasted beef sandwiches then added it with several fresh fruits like apple and mango. Plus fresh guava and orange juices.
Favorite Dish: Roasted beef sandwich :)
