Favorite Dish: This is Eka's number one fave: es campur rumput laut. A dessert from seaweed, fresh fruits [diced pineapple, papaya, watermelon and melon, banana and avocado] added with chocolate and vanilla milk and ice cubes.

Trying local food always a great experience for me :) Here, I hear locals fave called "sate bebek" [diced duck skewered onto thin bamboo and grilled]. I think it's becomes my fave too, but grilled duck [whole!!!] called bebek bakar also delicious :)
Favorite Dish: Bebek bakar with fresh veggie, steam rice and sambel trasi.

Many seafood resto are available along Jalan Raya Anyer - Carita. Choose by your own; Chinese style, grilled, boiled, etc. And all of them are fresh guaranteed [hmmm, yum yumm!!!]
But, the most fave I had at Anyer are seafood at Resto Kembang Sari and home-made by my good friends Christ Indria and his wife Linda. Kembang Sari can be so memorable for me, since the owner [beloved Fransiscus Xaverius Joko Prana Mukti a.k.a Om Frans] was cooking by himself, especially for us whenever me and 'the company' visiting Kembang Sari. Now he's rest in peace. I always remember your delicious seafood my old-offroader :) And this resto now runing by his family. Still delicious but I miss Om Frans' sambel trasi [belacan chilli sauce] sometimes.
Favorite Dish: Grilled lobster, prawn and red snapper with fresh veggie and sambel trasi. Served with hot steam rice. Additional assortments: tumis kangkung [Chinese style] and sweet soy sauce and calamari and young coconut juice.
