There's really not much night life activity in Bengkulu city as the people are just being simple. But on every Saturday night, many young locals like to hang out in Tapak Paderi beach, fort Marlborough, Mega Mall Bengkulu, and Suprapto shopping center. Both of these places are safe for hanging out, but for foreign travelers be ready for “hello mister/how are you” fatigue because young locals will enthusiastically yell out those words to white foreigners many times.
