Heat Cramps

by adriansyah

People who trek and sweat a lot in hot weather sometimes get painful muscle cramps in their legs, arms, or stomach. These happen because the body lacks salt. Treatment: salt tablets may help, but drinking a teaspoon of salt in a liter of drinking water is better. Repeat once every our until the cramps are gone. Keep calm and sit or lie down in a cool place then massage the painful parts gently.
