whenever you say your destination is to go to kuningan, sometimes will be associated to a popular destination called 'sangkan hurip'. it's a hot springs resort which remind me to somewhere nearby garut [also in west java].
in sangkan hurip you can relaxing your muscles by soaking in the swimming pool and take a hot bath.

gedung naksa is the name given to the linggardjati hillside resort where british sponsored the agreement of the netherlands and indonesia with the treaty known as "linggardjati agreement" in order to give the sovereignty of the republic of indonesia with pretty limited coverage area and only gives permission a brand new name: the united states of indonesia, not the republic of indonesia.
formerly, this building has function as a hotel or resort, belongs to a dutch named jacobus johannes van os or called as oom koos. then hand-over temporary to a japanese with the same function as a retreat place from the heat named 'ryokan'.
former president soekarno also pay a visit to this place before the agreement has taken. he did one hour meeting with the middle man, lord killearn [british] in a small meeting room in front of lord killearn's bed room as shown in my picture.
