Golfing at Padang Golf Sukarame
Padang Golf Sukarame was initially built as a nine-hole course until the mid ‘90s when it was extended with another nine holes. The original course is a park layout with tree lined fairways and this nine serves as the back nine. The front nine is playing away from the clubhouse into a rather flat piece of land that has been sculptured into a front nine with lots of artificial undulations and water hazards. This opening nine is rather open and especially with prevailing wind plays difficult and long. Being the only course in this part of Sumatera, it can be very busy during the weekends.
