the atmosphere of the restaurant, like many restaurant in nias, is basic. but this restaurant cook soto daging babi / pork soup. this is something, i think, that you can't find in entire indonesia. the soup is limpid and tasteful. it's something uncomparable with other restaurant in nias!they also serve fried noodle, and they make the noodle themselves. this is also delicious, but my preference is still the soto.
the restaurant in gunung sitoli is not romantic, but the juices is really something to taste. you can try the local food like padang cooking. and everything that is made from pork is the nias speciality. and for food, you have to taste the avocado juice, terong-blanda juice, fresh orange juice. ask beforehand to reduse the sugar, if you don't like the too-sweet-juices.
