For spicy food lover, Padang restaurant is always helpful to fill in the empty stomach. In Pramuka island, you can find this restaurant to the left after the main road from the pier. It's a nice place but sometimes the food is finished early on the weekend when there are lots of visitors.

There is only one restaurant in Sepa and operates under the full board scheme.
So breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style on weekend.
Food variety is not much but the taste is good. They serve fried rice,eggs, burger for sandwich, pancakes, bread for breakfast. Rice, tumis pok chay, shrimps and fish for lunch. potatoes, vegetables, beef, fish and rice for dinner
The Resort provides live band for weekend. They perform during lunch time and dinner.
There is a solo dancer as well, performing traditional dance

It's a special dinner with Paul [Goldenboy] after a day-trip to the island. The place is cozy, warm with pop-art interior.
Favorite Dish: Hainan Chicken Rice, steamed rice and chicken a'la Cantonese. Served with ginger and soy sauce plus fresh veggie.

Favorite Dish: This is my new fave during the trip in islands. Never find this before at busy Jakarta then voila ... meet this cool one in the fridge in front of me :D The pineapple juice, hmmm. With the symbol nice kitty on top of the bottle.

If you go to Pulau Bidadari, having lunch is included with trip package. So take your fave from the buffet and have a nice lunch in the front of the beach.
Or you can order by your own and added with cold beer.
Favorite Dish: Fried chicken with hot steamed rice, salad, mixed veggie-sausage.
