Compared to the Fantasy Land in Ancol, Taman Ria Senayan is a much smaller amusement park. The park is designed to offer a quick escape in the center of the town, therefore only a few rides are offered here. In the evenings, Taman Ria is a nice place to hang out and enjoy live outdoor music. There are a nice selection of restaurants here, a big outlet store, a pool hall, one of the newest nightclubs in Jakarta, many cafes and a popular wine lounge.

This park has an artificial lake for boating, canoeing, and boat cycling. There are also amusement parks spread out in about 11 hectares and numerous restaurants, bars and niteclubs.
In the theme park are bumpers cars, carousels, convoy ride, cyber games, and big wheels that gives you a view of Jakarta city from 33 metres up.
Since most people seems to enjoy hanging out in the nearby mall rather than this pleasant outdoor park, we can take a stroll around the lake here in relative peace and quiet. The theme park itself is fun, though on a much smaller than Dunia Fantasy and Taman Mini. The pedallos are even good for a paddle about on the lake. Then we’ve got a great choice of restaurants to retire to, such as Front Row, TGI Friday, BuGils Café, Bebek Bali, Lava Lounge, and Manna Lounge. And yet it’s easy to get to right in the center of town.
