WARNING
When travelling through or staying in South East Asia or any of these tropical destinations..ALWAYS Carry with you and use a strong and reliable Mosquito and Insect repellant. Constant heat and humidity means that there will always be many insects and mosquitos. Evening time means long sleeve shirts and trousers and cover any bare skin with a mosqito repellant. Don't worry everybody should smell the same!!.Dengue fever and Malaria are prevelant in the majority of South East Asia so, take care and be sure to cover up.
A wide brimmed hat is also a must here..
Make sure that you have sufficient fresh drinking water at all times.

Whenever I am travelling in South East Asia, or any of these tropical destinations ,I ALWAYS make sure that I am carrying sufficient fresh drinking water with me.The temperatures here are usually very hot and humid and is easy to lose a lot of your body fluid in the heat and is neccesary to drink lots of fresh water to replace it. With the heat and humidity being so constant it is so easy to dehydrate rather quickly so is very important to make sure that you have sufficient water with you.
When purchasing water make sure to check that the seal on the bottle cap is NOT broken and the bottle has been refilled with ordinary local tap water.This happened to me once unfortunately ..so take care..
