This place is really cool. By day it's got a really chill outdoor dining pavilion with rice field views, and super comfy cushioned gazebos. The food is excellent, great mix of Indonesian and Western classics, and tons of class.
By night, CP becomes a happening nightclub and lounge with live bands almost every night, super friendly staff who like to joke around with the customers, a pool table, huge cocktail menu and lots of charismatic locals, expats and tourists to chat with or get down on the dance floor. And it's one of the only places in Ubud that stays open late and serves food all night, so great if you're hungry after midnight, or can't sleep and want some social action.

I love this place. The bartenders, waiters and waitresses are so friendly that they don't just serve you with a smile. They strike a friendly conversation with you. I was here for some drinks with a friend on our first night in Bali. After dinner, we headed straight to the Rock Shop to buy some souvenirs from this beautiful island. Got me a Hard Rock Bali shirt.
At 9pm, we were done with shopping so we headed to the second floor for some drinks. The place was not crowded on a Saturday night; there were tourists like us who were having dinner and drinks with their loved ones and friends. You can smoke at the bar if you want to.
They've got live bands playing at the strike of 11pm. What a good way to liven up the crowd and complete your night. Cheers!
Dress Code: As far as I know, there is no specific dress code. You just have to be decent. As this is located near or quite accessible to the beach, it's perfectly fine to come in shorts and tank tops, sneakers or flipflops. As long as you're dressed to have fun, go to Hard Rock.
