we found the place accidentally.
we interested to try because we saw lots of people eat there. and since it's a unique local, we want to give a try.
it turned out really delicious. when we want to buy another portion, they ran out of it!!
and it's cheap, less than rp 10.000 for one portion.

The water feature which forms part of the facade of the restaurant captured my sight. The restaurant, as in most parts of Bt Tinggi is very clean indeed. It serves local Padang food where all their dishes are spread out for you and you may find repeated dishes being served. You, however pay for only what you eat at the end of it.
One of the best padang fare I have come across. Beware that most of their dishes are hot and spicy.
Favorite Dish: The fish dish served with thick creamy coconut gravy.

3 storey high building where u can enjoy ur food with beautiful view of the Indian Ocean. Its located at the beach area(Jalan Samudera), u can't miss it!!
If u want to splash some money for seafood this is the one of the best in Padang city. Prices are little bit high although seafood are cheap here. If u want to save money, head to the local food stalls situated along the beach.

This hotel is said to be the best in town. It has a swimming pool, a conference hall and Malaysian Airlines' office. There are many restaurants in the hotel, including Itailan, local, and Chinese. We picked up this local buffet to celeate Sabrina's 20+ B'day. There was alive band where customers could make a dedication to someone. The singer there can really sing; therefore, we had a jazz "happy birthday" to Sabrina.
The price was amazingly cheap in comparision to shopping standard of its neighbouring country Singapore or Taiwan. It's cost us Rph70,000 per person.
thanx to Mr. Au
Favorite Dish: I have to admit taht the only thing good here is satey. Their salad was not-so-fresh, lettuce looked "week" and undelicious. Their browny was nice but little bit too sweet; while local cake was not enjoyable or welcome by us. However, their satey really made things up. I would give a huge credit to satey. You can chose from chicken, beef, squid, and scramps. They also fried vegetable mixed with seafoods. The juice is the ony drink there that needs no extra charge, of course water is another one.
