To go to Jogjakarta, you can find easily the local flight from Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya and Balikpapan also Samarinda.
From abroad flight, choose main flight to Jakarta or Surabaya. They will stop-by for awhile in Jogja (choose undirect flight).
