Close to Higashima zoo and botanical gardens lies a neat little bar known as L.U.G.G.S. (which stands for Let us go get stoned apparently!). This awesome place serves delicious food and a wide variety of drinks both alcoholic and soft.
The staff are young and friendly and I really had a cool time here.
I totally recommend the place!

Murasaki tavern is a great place to hang out with your friends.
It has an all you can drink special that costs only about 1500 yen per person.

If you go to Marky's Restuarant and Bar in Takaoka they can tell you all the good night life places. There are nearly always Westerners there, so there wont be any language barriers! Leave a Comment Theme: Theater

Crap Crap and more crap. Ladies, I have to warn you in advance that if you do not like to be leered at or groped stay away from this club. The club is mix of Nigerians (as it is Nigerian owned) and Brazilian guys looking for easy (or naive) Japanese girls or any girls for that matter. I have been to this club several times with friends and the girls always want to leave almost as soon as we get there due to these problems. For the men its not much better as you feel like you are being sized up for a fight or stared down if you are with a lady. I will have to say the music is not that bad (if you like the Hip Hop/Rap genre) but its not anywhere close to the clubs that you maybe used to in other cities.

Awesome lounge/cafe with a really cool atmosphere. Most beer is only 500yen, even Corona... which is really good for Nagoya. The have a projector and flat screen TV which they play games on sometimes.
