One of the newest and largest aquariums in Japan, this one divides its aquatic life into five different ecosystems representative of the Pacific Ocean. Also involved in scientific research, including the breeding of sea turtles and other aquatic life, the aquarium's natural exhibits are heavily supported with multimedia displays. The underwater tunnel and the penguin exhibit are especially popular. The aquarium is located at the port's Garden Pier along with many other attractions.

Visit the Aquarium at Nagoya Port, its cool! Its a lot better then our own one in London even though its a little expensive. Loads to see and do in and around the port area too including shops, restaurants and even a fairground (weather permitting!).
You can even take a cruise on one of the special siteseeing boats moored there.

This place is for both young and old people. Some people believe that spending your time watching fishes swimming is a form of relaxation of the mind. The fluid movements of different species of fishes swimming coming from as far as antartica, pacific ocean, amazon river, africa, etc. creates a relaxing feeling. If you miss the sea and blue water, this place will help help you fill-in that gap even for just a short time. Yeah, I wan't to visit this place again.....
