There is a lot of interesting history in the Nagoya Castle. The Castle is protected by deer. Yes there are deer walking around the castle. I didn't quite get the story behind it.

You must visit this important castle. It was rebuilt in 1959. The grounds are beautiful. See the castle travelogue on the my Nagoya page.
