Togakushi village is famous for soba noodle, it's made from buckwheat. Nagano pref has many places where the buckwheat is grown. In spring apliocot flower covers the field in koshoku-shi, next to Nagano city. In fall, they becomes to Aplicot jam, Dryed aplicot, or Syloped aplicot. It is so YAMMY!
