Kartann Says: Actually, Not so many delicious food in Nagano for me...but I want to tell you loudly! Oyaki is true Nagano taste! Many different shaped Oyaki in local, this is my favorite one in Ueda.
Shizuka Says: Togakushi village is famous for soba noodle, it's made from buckwheat. Nagano pref has many places where the buckwheat is grown. It's made for not only noodle, but tea, cookie, even ice cream (only Nagano area)!! I want to say is that it's different from another area's one....

In spring apliocot flower covers the field in koshoku-shi, next to Nagano city. In fall, they becomes to Aplicot jam, Dryed aplicot, or Syloped aplicot. It is so YAMMY!
