Old Japanese Ryokan, with fantastic river side setting, indoor / outdoor onsens, semi-open air female onsen, also hot spring water mingles with the river water - rock pools in the shallow river, next to the outdoor onsen.
Enjoy a bowl of cold udon made in the Ina niwa region, taste even more delicious dipped in the local soy sauce, accompanied with spring onion and wasabi !

Favorite Dish: Udon and more udon !
