Take the monorail. Chiba is one of the few cities with a working urban monorail system. Especially if it is your first time here, it gives you a great overview of the city. It is a tad more expensive than the regular trains, but it is worth it. Also, the track is above, not below. So even if you have ridden the monorail at Disnleyland, this is a different experience!LOL!
On American Independence Day, I got a couple of Japanese to go shoot off fireworks in Chiba Park, and I even taught them the words to the Star Spangled Banner! Leave a Comment
