This restaurant is located on the northern shore just across from of the Choshi Fish Markets. What else can be said? Except that once you get accustomed to this standard, you end up becoming very particular about any other sushi or sashimi in the future.
Anyway, here at the "Tuna Warehouse", a full-sized tuna was dangling from a pulley and later hoisted up to the 2nd storey kitchen. We were there when this happened, and I think the staff were amused when we asked to photograph the event.
