This is probably Japan's most glorious "Parking Rest Area" as it lies right as Aqualine tunnel under Tokyo Bay ends, and becomes a bridgeway. There are restaurants, shopping centres, observation decks, but unlike most parking rest areas in this country, there is no gasoline/petrol stand.
Definitely worth to stop and really rest, especially at sunrise or sunset. There is a strong sea breeze from being on the ocean.
