The Asahi beer factory (アサヒビール工場) in Saijo is an awesome place to visit. The tour is free, and you get 20 minutes of drinking afterwards for free.
There is also a beer restaurant in the complex, so we retired there after the tour for some 'nomihoudai' all you can drink and a barbecue course where you cook up the meat and veges at your own table.
What a great day it was!

This is right outside Iyo-Saijo station, so it cannot be missed.
One of the influential people behind Japan's shinkansen was from this area, explaining why they have a shinkansen section in a museum in an area of Japan that is likely to never be connected to the Shinkansen network.
There are quite a few different JR Shikoku related exhibits as well.
Entry is 300 yen so worth a look if you are in the area.
