    The impressive Matsuyama Castle is on a 130 meter tall hill, Mount Katsuyama, in the middle of the town, completed in 1627, one of the few castels which have survived the post-feudal era since 1868 intact. You can hike up there or use a cable car, 520 Yen return, enty fee is 500 Yen.
