Few English speakers in Ehime

In Ehime, a lot of people study English, but it's difficult to get English language help if you need it, as there a few people who speak English beyond lower intermediate level.This helped me no end in acquiring Japanese, as I had no crutch to lean on as it were, but it may make organising things a little tricky if you can't speak the local language.
