"Tetsu" is "iron" and "Nabe" is "pan", the shop's name "Tetsunabe" may comes from how they serve gyoza to a table. Ordinary, gyoza is served on a china dish to your table but it's served on a iron pan that the ordered gyoza might have grilled on in this shop.
The shop is kinda izakaya style common restaurant. I mean it's not too formal. Very local.
Favorite Dish: One and only... GYOZA!!!
The shop serves them with yuzu orange paste and this is what very unique they serves. Gyoza with yuzu... not ordinary but very much delicious!

Hakata rhamen is one of the "must eat" taste among Japan's rhamen. I love Hakata taste best. Hakata rhamen can taste with the white soup that is cooked with boiling pig leg born. Very heavy and rich taste.
This shop is very famous for its rhamen is said great. And the shop is one of the origins that let Hakata rhamen famous as they say today.
But, somehow I feel sorry, I know some other shops much better than this today...
Favorite Dish: They has no menu. Only one rhamen. But you can order the taste as you like in full detail. Soup thick level: 4, hot/sharp level: 3, noodle strong level: 2... About 10 of categories like those can set by each level 5 to 1.

Very local Japanese restaurant where the locals go to eat during lunch time. The food is quite authetic too. Nice cozy area. Lots of people, but luckily, there's no queue outside.
Favorite Dish: Shrimp Tempura Don
