    The deer here is naughty... they will come to you and take your plastic bag, especially if there is food inside. so just be careful ^-^

    There are lots of deer roaming about and they are not afraid of strangers. Likely, they`ll hope that you have something for them. They will run, however, if startled.

    Walk around on the island and view the temples and shrines. Try oysters for lunch.

    Sitting at the top of Misenyama and take a look at the bay of Hiroshima.

    You must see the shrine lit up at night. It is one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen.

    My fondest memory is seeing Miyajima Island for the first time with my new friends from the Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program trip!
